CVC Communications Agency President, CEO
Robert Angeloni and VP Finance Fran Lawrence were honored to attend last
night's TPL Tribute Dinner at MTCC.
True Patriot Love honours the
sacrifices of members of the Canadian Forces, Veterans and their families and
the event raised an astonishing $2 millions dollars! This is the largest
Canadian Military fundraiser in history.
Hosted
by CTV 's Lloyd Robertson, presentations were made by Master-Corporal
Mark Anstey spoke to the 1,600 attendees present at the Dinner about the unique
stressors of military life, especially when military families have children
with special needs. “The cost of therapy was significant for our family and
thanks to funding from True Patriot Love my son is receiving the therapy he so
badly needs for his autism,” said Master-Corporal Anstey.
Entertainment was provided by Bare Naked Ladies
who performed their hits and wrapped up the event on a high note.
